We will be working with both the light centers (see Your Light Body page for more information on these) and your outermost light field for high vibrational meditations.

These high vibrational meditations assist you in being more in your light and access the Divine within.
By just being in the light, in peace and in the higher vibration of divine love for shifting self can greatly shift others and impact the world.
