Class 3 is "Being One With Your Spirit" 

Open to a blended experience of spiritual and physical. This class offers balance of the perspectives of spiritual and physical.  Exercises will provide the opportunity to step into living through your spirit. In each moment we can choose how to perceive the world around us, and embrace the concept of allowing.

This is class 3 of a 13 class transformative program to bring yourself from living as a human being with a spirit to living as your spiritual self in a physical body. This opens the world up to a new expanded perspective of living in your light, embracing who your truly are and living with peace, love and joy.
