LoveLight Yoga- All levels welcome!

**Please sign up as this class follows the Full Moon Meditation and there is limited physical space**

This yoga class offers a gentle flow combined with using the light centers to allow for a unique and expansive experience for all levels. The light centers go beyond the chakras as they are in the outermost part of our energy field and physically hold our spiritual vibration. These classes are Divinely guided and are held in a sacred space.

LoveLight Yoga will be offered Tuesdays 6-7pm, Fridays 9-10am & 6-7pm, and Saturdays 10-11am with Italian LoveLight Yoga Practitioner, Marco Medri. $11 drop in. All levels welcome!
