Class 5 is "Recognize The True You" 

Let go of what you no longer need to live from your authentic self. The class offers an opportunity to shift to be able to embrace a true sense of self in a blended mind, body, and spirit experience. Realize all is rooted from self, and recognize your pure intentions. Building on the first four Overtures (classes) we can recognize interactions are based on self perspective, and that disharmony comes from something unhealed within self. 

This is class 5 of a 13 class transformative program to bring yourself from living as a human being with a spirit to living as your spiritual self in a physical body. This opens the world up to a new expanded perspective of living in your light, embracing who your truly are and living with peace, love and joy.

This class corresponds to the fifth light center in our light field. Working around these concepts and aspects allows for an energetic shift for release of deep misinterpretations of self. This class is similar to a meditation; as the LoveLight energy fills the room you will be guided through visualizations, sound and scent healing, and out of body experiences.
